By placing an order through the cvetevepruvetka.store platform, you declare that you have read and agree to the general conditions of sale of the products offered by us – Flowers in a test tube, hereinafter referred to as “Product” or “Products”.


The activity is carried out by “TUBE PLANT” OOD with manager Petar Neftelimov , a company registered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency under EIK: 206698656, with headquarters and management address: Sofia, Krastyu Sarafov Street No. 14, entrance. B, app. 2.

  • TUBE PLANT or Supplier means the company “TUBE PLANT” OOD, a company registered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency under EIC: 206698656, with headquarters and management address: Sofia, Krastyu Sarafov Street No. 14, entrance. B, app. 2
  • Buyer and/or Customer means a natural person aged 16 or over who has entered into a distance contract for the purchase of a Product through the cvetevepruvetka.store electronic store and who has the status of a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.
  • Online store means the domain cvetevepruvetka.store and its subdomains.
  • Account means a section of the Electronic Store, formed by an email address/username and password, which allows the Customer to submit an order and which contains information, including personal data about the Customer and the history of some of his actions in the Electronic Store (orders, delivery data , payment methods, etc.).
  • Order means an electronic document representing a form of communication between the Electronic Store and the Customer, through which the Customer declares to TUBE PLANT his desire to purchase a Product offered by the Supplier.
  • Contract means the remote contract concluded between TUBE PLANT and the Buyer for the purchase and sale of a Product through the Electronic Store, an integral part of which are the present general terms and conditions for ordering and delivery.


4.1. The present General Terms and Conditions of TUBE PLANT are binding for all Customers of the Electronic Store and all users of the website, as of their acceptance.

4.2. Any use of the Online Store means that You have (a) carefully read the general terms and conditions for its use and (b) have agreed to abide by them unconditionally.

4.3. The general conditions can be changed unilaterally by TUBE PLANT at any time by updating them. These changes take effect immediately from their publication on the Online Store and are binding for all Customers.

4.4. TUBE PLANT has the right to make changes to the terms of use of the Electronic Store at any time at its own discretion or if they are imposed by virtue of an effective legal act.

4.5. In any case of a change to the general conditions, TUBE PLANT will inform its Customers about it by publishing the changes in the Electronic Store. Customers and users of the site have an obligation to check for possible changes to the General Terms and Conditions of the Electronic Store each time they use the Electronic Store.

4.6 The client and TUBE PLANT agree that all statements between them in connection with the conclusion and execution of the sales contract can be made electronically and through electronic statements within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and Art. 11 of the Electronic Commerce Act.


5.1. The Customer places an order for a Product through the Electronic Store, which order is registered by him through the Account he created.

5.2 When registering the Account or the order, the Customer is obliged to provide correct and up-to-date data and to update them in a timely manner, in case of change.

5.3. By placing the order, the Customer confirms that he is aware that by placing the order he undertakes to pay for and receive the selected Product, according to the price indicated in the Electronic Store, as well as the transport costs for its delivery to the address or office of a courier company requested by the Customer.

5.4 After placing the order, TUBE PLANT sends a notification by electronic means confirming the registration of the order and undertaking the commitment for its implementation. From this moment, it is assumed that the Contract between the Client and TUBE PLANT has been concluded.

5.5 By sending the order, the Customer allows TUBE PLANT to contact him by phone, e-mail or at the address indicated by the Customer, when this is necessary in connection with the order placed or the concluded Contract.


6.1. All prices of the Products offered in the TUBE PLANT Electronic Store are final, announced in BGN (BGN), including VAT and all other taxes or fees required by law.

6.2 Delivery is not included in the prices of the Products announced in the Electronic Store.

6.3 We work with the company Econt Express, and the delivery of the Product is paid separately by the Customer upon receipt of the goods, according to the price list of the company Econt Express.

6.4 If you wish to receive your products via another type of postal service at your own expense and risk, you may contact us at info@cvetevepruvetka.store to clarify the details of the shipment.


7.1 You can pay for your order using one of the following payment methods:

A) Cashless, through a virtual POS terminal, with the Customer depositing an amount equal to the value of the ordered Product according to the confirmed order through a virtual POS terminal, and only after the deposit transaction is confirmed, TUBE PLANT executes the delivery of the ordered Product.

TUBE PLANT is not responsible for any costs in connection with fees, commissions or other additional payments made by the Buyer or his bank on the occasion of the transaction itself, as well as in the cases of currency exchange, applied by the bank that issued the card to the client in cases where the currency is different from BGN. Payment by card to TUBE PLANT is accepted as an international payment by banks in Bulgaria and according to their rules for working with cards and card payments, some banks charge additional fees for such transactions. The costs related to such payments are solely for the account of the Buyer. TUBE PLANT therefore recommends its customers to check with their bank for possible additional fees that could be charged to them for online or bank payments for the Products,

B) By bank transfer, to the bank account indicated below:

C) By cash on delivery, upon receipt of the requested Product/s. The buyer undertakes to pay the value of the order placed, at the time of receiving the requested Product/s from an Econt courier or at the office of the courier company. The courier company issues a system voucher from IASUTD for the payment made, in the name of the Buyer.


8.1 Delivery of the Products ordered from the Electronic Store is carried out to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, or to the office of the Econt Express courier company.

8.2 The delivery time is between 1-3 working days.

8.3 The delivery term is counted from the day following the day of payment of the order amount, according to the terms of Art. 7.1 If the order is placed on a day off (Saturday and Sunday) or on a public holiday, the deadline is counted from the next official working day.


9.1 All shipments are delivered to the customer through the courier company with which TUBE PLANT has a contract. The customer is obliged to receive the goods according to the delivery method stated in the order.

9.2 TUBE PLANT is not responsible for inaccurate performance of the contract if the Customer has incorrectly specified the delivery address or if it cannot be found on the agreed day and time of delivery. In the event that the Customer is not found within the deadline for delivery to the address specified by him and/or access to the delivery address is not provided, TUBE PLANT shall be released from its obligation to deliver the requested goods and the Customer shall lose his rights under the him an order for the delivery of goods. All additional costs for a new delivery of a Product are for the account of the Customer and are not included in the price of the paid order.

9.3 Upon delivery, the Products should be carefully inspected by the Customer and/or by a person authorized by him. If external visible defects are found during the inspection – possible bumps, scratches, breakage of the Product and other damages found during delivery, the Customer should sign a damage report in the presence of the courier immediately and ask the courier to contact us in order to arrange the method of compensation.

9.4 Upon acceptance of the shipment by the Customer without comments, any and all claims for external visible defects are unfounded and as such should not be satisfied. In the event that a damage report is not prepared and signed in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the shipment and/or an employee of TUBE PLANT is not immediately notified by e-mail: info@cvetevepruvetka.store, the Customer loses the right to bring the detected external visible defects in accordance with the contract of sale.


10.1 Due to the nature of the Products offered by TUBE PLANT – live flowers, which may quickly deteriorate their quality characteristics, the only way to make a complaint is at the moment of receiving the order – with an optional inspection by the courier, personally by the Customer. Only then and no later than this point can you make a claim by asking the courier to contact us to arrange the method of compensation.

10.2 If we have made a mistake with your order or a defective Product has been received, the replacement is at our expense.

10.3 After receiving the Product, it is your responsibility to take the necessary care and create the necessary conditions for your flower to develop, grow and live.

10.5 The provisions of art. 50 – 56 of the Consumer Protection Act on the consumer’s right to withdraw from the distance contract do not apply to orders placed through the Electronic Store, insofar as the offered Products are live flowers, and fall within the scope of the exceptions provided for in the provision of Art. 57 paragraph 1 item 4 of the Consumer Protection Act.

10.6 If your case does not fall into the above hypotheses and you still believe that the Product you received does not meet your expectations, please write us a message at info@cvetevepruvetka.store and we will do our best to compensate you.

10.7 If you believe that we have breached your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Protection Commission.
